SEACSM Emeritus Application Form

SEACSM has created an Emeritus membership. Individuals that become Emeritus Members of SEACSM will receive FREE membership in SEACSM and FREE attendance at our Annual Meeting. Once a year, at the summer meeting of the Executive Board, all Emeritus Applications that have been submitted will be reviewed and voted upon. There are three criteria to qualify for Emeritus status: 1) have been a SEACSM Professional member for at least 5 years, 2) be at least 60 years of age, and 3) be retired. Please provide the requested information. When you've entered all of the information, please select "Submit Responses" at the bottom of the page.
