Study Description: This is a study designed for individuals with mild memory problems. Participants are randomly assigned to one of two groups prior to intervention. Participants attend two sessions per week, for 12 weeks; each session lasts one hour and a half. Sessions are held at the Memory and Wellness Center at FAU. Each group consists of a small number of participants.
