Ph.D. Fellowships

Outstanding students interested in pursuing the Doctor of Philosophy in Public Administration, a research, teaching and public service degree, are urged to apply for Fall admission and a $11,000 Scholarship Stipend per academic year. In addition to the $11,000 Scholarship, students receive a partial tuition waiver. Scholarships are awarded in the fall term to full-time students. Recipients work 20 hours per week which provides them with an opportunity to gain valuable teaching and/or research experience.
