Kay Goss, CEM Appointed by the President Clinton as Associate FEMA Director in charge of National Preparedness, Training and Exercises Directorate, confirmed unanimously by the US Senate in 1994, served until end of Clinton administration in 2001. Served the Governor of Arkansas as Senior Assistant for Intergovernmental Relations, including emergency management and all public safety issues for 12 years, 1982 – 1994.

Gwendolyn Hall, PhD  Dr. Hall was a professional staff member for the House Select Committee on Homeland Security. She maintained the committee portfolio for homeland defense issues, nuclear proliferation, radiological and chemical weapons, counter-proliferation and non-proliferation concerns, Nunn- Lugar programs, and all Department of Defense homeland defense issues (including Northern Command, North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD), and the National Guard).

Al Johnson, RISC, USA Mr. Johnson has served as an EOD technician (Army Bomb Squad) and task force commander in Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and as a Counter IED advisor in Thailand. He currently works as Manager of Operations and Senior Trainer with RISC and as Company Commander of a WAARNG EOD Unit.

Barry Taylor, Executive Vice President, HMS, Inc. prior to his role with HMS Barry was preceded by a highly successful military career spanning almost 32 years as both a soldier and an officer where he became highly respected within the EOD community. This career was almost entirely centered with the UK’s C-IED effort both at home during the noted IRA campaign and overseas safeguarding UK interests. During his service he saw operational C-IED deployments to Northern Ireland, the Middle East and Operation Desert Storm.
