The Intern Summer Project is completed in the summer semester. This task is subsumed under indirect hours, with the exception any time that might be spent delivering outreach to faculty, staff, or students.

Consultation Hour is subsumed under indirect hours. It is an hour that it set aside each week by all staff to facilitate communication and consultation between staff.

Optional Rotation time usually includes some combination of direct service (therapy or outreach) and indirect service (e.g. supervision, case notes, administration, or outreach preparation).

Front Desk Consultant hours is a way to hold time to support students and FAU community. It may eventually be filled with direct or indirect time, depending on the need of CAPS during that window.
