  1. Can I pay my tuition and past due balances online?
    Answer:  Payment may be made on-line by using a credit card/debit card or personal checking/savings account "WEB CHECK" at then click on the "Current Students" tab and select MyFAU, click on "Student Services", click on "Student Account", click on "Statement and Payment History", click on " Pay Now" button in the lower left hand side, then follow directions to make a payment.

  2. Can I make a partial payment?
    Answer:  Yes, provided that you are electing to participate in the 50/50 payment plan and adhering to payment deadlines posted on the University’s Academic Calendar and the Fee Payment Information Bulletin.  If payments are late your student account will be assessed a late fee of $100.00.

  3. How do I get a refund that is due me?
    Answer:  Please contact the Controller’s Office by emailing

  4. My fees are paid through Financial Aid.  Why am I receiving a statement of account (e-mail)?
    Answer:  Every student receives a bill for fees/tuition.  Disregard the bill if you know financial aid covers your total amount due.  However, any portion not covered by financial aid must be paid by the fee payment deadline for each semester.

  5. Where can I find the Academic Calendar for important dates?
    Answer:  Log onto, click on the Current Students tab and then select calendar.

  6. I would like to pay my tuition and fees in installments, are there plans available?
    Answer: There are four types of Installment Agreements available to students.  These plans are only available in the Spring and Fall Terms.  Please click here to view the plans:
