It is certainly acceptable to design and produce a publication without utilizing the services offered through Creative Services. However, every project has the potential to impact the image of many areas of the University so it is recommended to involve us as early as possible in the planning process. We want to maximize the effectiveness of each and every communication, and our division is at the heart of the majority of the materials produced.

To obtain approval:

Projects should be e-mailed as pdf files to jbond@fau.edu as early as possible in the design process. Hard copy proofs may be delivered to the Creative Services office in the Administration Building, Room 286. Please allow 24 hours for a reply. Once approved, the written approval should be attached to any paperwork necessary to process payment to outside vendors. Call 561.297.3025 with questions.
