FAU Construction Safety Classes Offered at Treasure
Coast Campus
PORT ST. LUCIE, FL (August 8, 2005) - The Florida Institute of Safety and Construction in the College of Architecture, Urban and Public Affairs will offer construction safety courses at the Treasure Coast Campus beginning September 17. All courses are compliant with the Occupational Health and Safety Administration (OSHA) guidelines and provide effective, hands-on safety information for those managing and working in the construction field. The program is designed for companies that want to reduce workplace injuries and fatalities, in addition to reducing their worker's compensation rates and exposure to OSHA fines.
