FAU National Alumni Association to Host
Hall of Fame Induction and
Distinguished Alumni Reception
BOCA RATON, FL (May 3, 2005) - The Florida Atlantic University National Alumni Association (FAUNAA) will induct Motorola executive Rey Moré '75 into the FAU Alumni Hall of Fame on Thursday, May 5, beginning at 6 p.m., at the Eleanor R. Baldwin House on the Boca Raton campus, 777 Glades Road. The event will be hosted by FAU President Frank T. Brogan '81 and his wife Courtney Brogan.
A distinguished alumnus or alumna from each of FAU's eight colleges will also be honored at the event. Those individuals are: James R. Border '78, vice president and tax counselor for Carnival Corporation; Delsa R. Bush '91, city of West Palm Beach police chief; Armand Grossman '67, '70, '77, president and CEO of Clarity Education; Kevin A. Huckshorn '83, director of the technical assistance center for the National Association of State Mental Health Program Directors; Alex H. Makled '00, senior vice president of Camp Dresser & McKee; Beverly Berlin Mas '02, academic advisor at Palm Beach Community College; Mirta A. Ojito '86, Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist and novelist; Dr. Debra R. Rolison '75, head of the advanced electrochemical materials section at the Naval Research Laboratory.
