FAU Wilkes Honors College Speakers Forum Presents Bob Montgomery "Traveling Down Tobacco Road"

JUPITER, FL (October 27, 2004) - Florida Atlantic University's Harriet L. Wilkes Honors College presents Robert Montgomery, Esq., distinguished member of the Florida legal community, as part of its Speakers Forum on Friday, October 29 at 1 p.m. in the MacArthur Auditorium, 5353 Parkside Drive, Jupiter. Montgomery will speak on "Traveling Down Tobacco Road," a description of his experience as the lead attorney in the State of Florida's lawsuit against "Big Tobacco" companies, which resulted in a $13.5 billion settlement.

This presentation is part of the Wilkes Honors College Named Scholar Recognition Ceremony. The event is free and open to the public. A reception immediately follows the ceremony.
