MBA SPORT ASSOCIATION HOSTS CHARITY GOLF TOURNAMENT

FT. LAUDERDALE, FL (October 11, 2004) - Florida Atlantic University's MBA Sport Association will host a charity golf tournament on Saturday, November 13 at 12:30 p.m. at Inverrary Golf and Country Club, Plantation to help raise proceeds for the Red Cross Disaster Relief Fund. The entry fee is $40 per person or $140 per team of four, with all proceeds going to the Red Cross.

"As MBA Sport students, we know and value the place of sports in our lives and how it is a connecting and rallying point for people in our society," said Jennifer Tobias, MBA Sport Association president. "We see this tournament as an opportunity for the sporting community of South Florida to come together for a good cause and help those in need."
