FAU in Jupiter to Hold "Quick Start" Registration
JUPITER, FL (August 1, 2003) - Florida Atlantic University's John D. MacArthur Campus will hold Quick Start registration on Saturday, August 23, 2003, from 9 a.m. until 12 noon. This special registration allows students to enroll in certain classes without having to go through the full admissions process. The event will be held in Student Services, located in the Library Classroom Building (MLC) at 5353 Parkside Drive, Jupiter.
"We welcome prospective students to tour the campus, talk to advisers and register for classes," said Joseph Isadore, Associate Dean for Student Affairs. "It's an easy way for someone to test the waters regarding college enrollment."
Quick Start is ideal for students who are trying to decide which degree they would like to pursue, for those awaiting full admission, or for those interested in taking courses for personal enrichment or certification.
FAU at Jupiter offers undergraduate and graduate courses in Business, Arts & Letters, Criminal Justice, Social Work, Public Administration and Education.
For more information on Quick Start, call 561-799-8698.
