FAU's Women's Studies Center Accepting Original Research Papers Celebrating "Women of Valor"
BOCA RATON, FL (March 13, 2003) - The American Association of University Women and the Women's Studies Center at Florida Atlantic University invite all women at FAU to submit profiles of women who have served the United States in times of peace or conflict. The deadline for submission of essays is April 11, 2003.
The essays will be published under the title "Women of Valor" in the Women's Collection at the State Library in Tallahassee, in the Women's Studies Collection at FAU, and they will be presented at the Florida State Convention of the American Association of University Women in Orlando on April 23rd.
All essays:
" must consist of 1000 words with research documentation,
" must include a bibliography,
" must be submitted in hard copy, and.
" will be verified for accuracy and originality.
