Advertising

In addition to developing University-wide awareness campaigns, Marketing and Creative Services collaborates with all departments and academic units to help them develop marketing plans, coordinate media buying and create a strategy for successful brand management.

Additionally, we work to ensure all print, radio, web and television advertising and University videos are consistent with the message and visual standards of the University. Using a common theme and the right vehicle for each department's message strengthens the impact of all University ads.

FAU Departments, Colleges and Units
General Marketing: If you are planning to market or advertise your program/event, contact your communications officer (see list here) to develop a marketing plan. If your area does not have a communications officer, e-mail us at marketing@fau.edu for consultation.

Personnel ads: If your department needs to run a personnel ad to recruit new faculty or staff, please consult with the Human Resources office regarding procedures as they relate to the new PeopleAdmin program. FAU works with Graystone Group Advertising to facilitate personnel advertising placement. They can secure pricing, design your ad and consult with you regarding how to reach your potential audience. Advertising at FAU
If you are interested in advertising your business or services to the FAU community, you may purchase ads in the "University Press." This student-run newspaper is distributed regularly to all FAU campuses. To purchase ads, call 561-297-2960.
