FAU has recently developed the Center for Civic Engagement and Service (CCES), a University-wide initiative that develops partnerships between the university and general community, providing service opportunities to faculty, staff and students. The center also promotes the link between curriculum and service, fostering civic awareness and future leaders through civic responsibility and community service.
