You must register with OWL CareerLink & attend Career Day for employers to pre-select you for OCI during the recruitment season February 8 - April 12, 2012.
You will use OWL CareerLink to view upcoming on-campus interview schedules, review position information and qualifications, and submit your resume for pre-selection.
You must regularly review On-Campus Interview schedules on OWL CareerLink for key dates to submit your resume, paying careful attention to company requirements. (Review OCI Timetable)
Employers conducting on-campus interviews collect students' resumes through OWL CareerLink and at Career Day. Employers review the resumes and pre-select only the most qualified candidates for interviews.
If pre-selected for an interview, the employer will notify you via OWL CareerLink, email or telephone. Once notified that you have been pre-selected, you must schedule your interview on OWL CareerLink. On-campus interviews typically last 30-45 minutes.
On-campus interviews take place in the Career Development Center, SU 220. Professional business attire is required, and you should arrive at least 10 minutes before your interview time.
To prepare for interviews, the CDC recommends that you review the information available under Interview Tips and attend one of our Interview Skills workshops, which are listed on our Calendar of Events.
Prior to your interview, we encourage you to review the job description on OWL CareerLink and to research the employer using the print materials you collected at Career Day and/or the company’s website.
