The Veteran’s Career & Internship Fair is a job fair that will provide your organization the opportunity to target FAU Veteran students, alumni, and their military dependents. In addition, each FAU Veteran student and alumnus may invite a guest who has served in the Armed Forces or is currently serving. Note: The Career Fair is open to all FAU students and alumni. At this Career Fair you can recruit for Co-ops/Internships and full-time/part-time employment opportunities.
The early registration deadline is Friday, October 24, 2014 at 5pm for this event. This is also the last day to cancel and receive a refund. A $25 late fee will be applied after the early registration deadline. The last day for the Veteran's Career Fair registration is Friday, November 7, 2014 at 5pm.
Registration fee is $150.00. Each registration fee includes:
1 table (6 ft. x 3 ft.), 2 chairs, up to 2 representatives
Continental Breakfast and Lunch
All displays must fit within the 6 ft. x 3 ft. table area.
OWL CareerLink online listing of your company name, position information, website and profile.
Use of OWL CareerLink (online job postings, on-campus recruiting interviews schedules, information sessions, interview room reservations).
Registration is limited to a maximum of 2 representatives per table. If interested in adding additional representatives an additional table may be purchased at $150, which includes continental breakfast, lunch, parking, and Wi-Fi for 2 additional representatives.
Registration prior to Friday, October 24, 2014 guarantees inclusion in the event floor plan and handouts.
Additional fees not included in the registration: $25 for each electrical outlet request, please bring your own 12 foot extension cord. (Limited amounts)

From the North: Take I-95 South
From the South: Take I-95 North
Exit off Glades Road and go east for 1.6 miles
Enter the 1st Entrance to FAU
To go to Lots #15, #16 and Parking Garage I: Continue to proceed north on West University Drive. Lot 16 will be the first lot on your right side. You will continue north past lot 16 and lot 15 will be the first lot on your left hand side. If you continue north on West University Drive, to Volusia Street, make a right on Volusia Street, and Parking Garage I will be on your left.
Please drop off your items at the FAU Student Union curb drop-off.
No parking permit will be necessary.
No parking on grass (ticket will not be void).
The Career Development Center is not responsible for any parking citations that you receive while attending the event.

Note: No trade show booth size displays allowed. Please note ONLY displays with UPS can be picked up at the Grand Palm Room, Student Union lobby. Any other method of shipping is your full responsibility.
Important notice: The FAU Career Development Center cannot be held liable for damaged or missing boxes, displays, or any other packages that are shipped to or from the Career Fair.
Once you register in OWL CareerLink and your registration is made active, you will receive an approval package via email that contains your welcome email (logistics, sponsorship and invoice). Payment can be made by credit card/web check through the secure link in your invoice or by check. For questions regarding payment, please contact Marcy Zaslow at 561-297-3535.
All fees and changes are due on or before the early registration deadline of Friday, October 24, 2014 at 5pm.
Should you register, pay, and not show for Career Fair, your registration fee will not be refunded. Please keep in mind there are other organizations desiring admission to the Career Fair -- your no show may prohibit other organizations from participating. Additionally, should you register for the event and not pre-pay, and then do not show for the event, you will still be responsible for paying the registration fee.
Any outstanding bills for previous Career Fairs will prevent participation in future Career Development Center sponsored events.
Should you have to cancel your event registration, we will refund your registration fee, if you cancel on or before Friday, October 24, 2014 at 5pm. All cancellations must be received in writing. After that date, refunds will not be offered.
A late registration fee of $25.00 will be applied on registrations received after the early registration deadline of Friday, October 24, 2014 at 5pm. Last day for Veteran's Career Fair registration is Friday, November 7, 2014 at 5pm.
In the event the Career Fair must be canceled or the date re-scheduled, organizations that have already paid will have the option to receive a full refund or have the registration fee applied to the next scheduled Career Fair. (Note: subsequent career fair registrations will differ)
If space is available, same day registration may be accommodated.
Recruiters may only identify and recruit candidates for employment and/or their academic programs. Recruiters may not sell their products/services or solicit future purchases of products/services.
