Alumni who have completed their degree at Florida Atlantic University are eligible to use the services of the Career Development Center.  While our services are provided to assist alumni in managing his/her job search efforts, they are not to be viewed as a placement services.  During the first six months after graduation there is no fee to use any of the services listed below. Six months or more after graduation we will continue to provide services for an annual fee of $65.00.  Services available for alumni who register with the Career Development Center include:

1. Job Postings (OWL CareerLink)
   The CDC receives over 2000 job postings annually. Registered alumni may view jobs and apply online. 
   ~NEW~ Through our partnership with MonsterCollege, you now have access to thousands of job opportunities.  These jobs are targeted to you in the same system where you view jobs posted by our office (OWL CareerLink).
2. Resume Referrals (OWL CareerLink)
   Upload your resume into the OWL CareerLink database. Have your resume referred to employers who request your degree, major, etc.
3. On-Campus Interviews for entry level positions (OWL CareerLink)
   Alumni (up to 1 year post graduation) are eligible to participate in the On-Campus Recruiting Program with employers who request alumni. Alumni must meet the employer's specifications (i.e. major, degree level, graduation date.)
4. Employer Information Sessions
   Alumni are invited to attend employer information sessions when the employer is recruiting alumni.  Notification is sent via OWL CareerLink.
5. OptimalResume™
   Use our resume creation tool to design high impact resumes and store them online.
6. Perfect Interview ™
   Virtual mock interviews powered by Perfect Interview, is an online practice interview tool.
7. Career Advising
   Includes resume critiques and practice interviews (limited to 3 sessions)
8. Career Day Job Fairs (Spring and Fall Semester)
9. Professional / Graduate School Fair (Fall Semester)
10. CDC Events
    Registered alumni are welcome to attend our employer information sessions, workshops, etiquette dining events and panels.
11. Email updates and announcements
12. Career Library/Computer Lab

Boca Raton Campus
Fees must be paid online (credit card). Once payment confirmation has been received by the Career Development Center, you will be sent a confirmation e-mail with the password for Optimal Resume as well as instructions to upload your resume into the OWL CareerLink . Pay online here!

Additional Services (not included in the $65 alumni fee):
Career Assessment Inventories are also available for a one time fee of $50 per assessment. This includes one individual counseling session for a personal interpretation.
