On-Campus Recruiting Program
This service is available to employers who are interested in conducting interviews on campus. On-campus
recruiting is reserved for employers who are hiring for full-time professional positions requiring a degree.
The Career Development Center is home to a brand new state of the art facility with multiple interview rooms,
including an interview reception area.

Information Sessions
Information sessions are a way of disseminating information and creating greater awareness about your
organization on-campus. Information sessions compliment On-campus recruiting and are conducted the evening
before on-campus interviews. These sessions are open to all FAU students and alumni.

Co-Op/Internships
Co-op/internships are programs that provide meaningful work experience for FAU students, while fulfilling
your employment needs. It is a three way partnership between the student, employer, and the co-op office.

Job Posting Procedures
Eligible employers who are interested in attracting FAU students/alumni can advertise or post a position with the
Career Development Center. Employers who post jobs in Interfase may upon approval, conduct resume searches.

Mentor Program
The National Alumni Association, in collaboration with the Career Development Center,
provides current FAU undergraduate and graduate students the opportunity to be mentored by a professional
that shares similar academic or professional interests. This program was established to provide students access to
valuable resources that cannot be found in books.
