MNM Degree Requirements

The Master of Nonprofit Mangement requires:

1. Completion of 33 credits of approved course work with no grade below “C” with a minimum average grade of “B” (3.0 on a 4.0 scale). This work must include the 21-credit core and 12 additional credits of approved study.
2. Completion of the core courses:

Legal and Ethical Issues in Nonprofits Public Policy & Nonprofit Organizations Management of Nonprofit Organizations Resource Development & Capital Campaigns Seminar in Grants Writing Financial Management for Nonprofit Managers Seminar in Public, Private & Nonprofit Enterprise Total

3. Completion of three elective courses (9 credits) and an internship of 3 credits for all pre-service students and those with little or no experience in the nonprofit sector. Students for whom the internship is waived must complete an additional 3-credit elective.
