Prosperi on Belgian TV
Professor David Prosperi appeared on Belgian TV during the 43rd ISOCARP (International Society of City and Regional Planners) Congress, held in Antwerp, Belgium in September.

Professor David Prosperi was one of three participants, from a congress of over 350 delegates from 44 countries worldwide, that appeared on Belgian TV during the 43rd ISOCARP (International Society of City and Regional Planners) Congress held in Antwerp, Belgium from September 19-23, 2007. The theme of the Congress was “Urban Trialogues: co-productive ways to relate visioning and strategic urban projects.” In addition to presenting his own paper (with Julia Lourenco of the faculty of civil engineering, University of Minho, Portugal) titled “The Keener Eye of the Quadralogue” which examines the effects of scale, combination rules, and rhetoric on urban projects, Prosperi also served as a member of the Congress Team, serving as a rapporteur and leading the discussion through six sessions on the particular relationship between visioning and strategic projects.
