- You can apply using the online application form on our secure server
You must have a valid United States Social Security Number (SSN) in order to submit the FAU Online Undergraduate Application. If you do not have a SSN, please apply using method 2.
OR
- You can download and print the application form or request a paper application by e-mailing us. If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader, click here to download and install the program, so you can use the above PDF form.
If you do not have a United States Social Security number, you will need to enter in all nine's (999999999) for the social security number. The Admissions Office will provide you with a valid student number for the processing of your application.
