I believe exercise is a great way to bring an individuals’ inner strength to the surface. Working out should be something you enjoy doing, caters to your own personal goals, and steadily motivates you to keep coming back. Placing your health first is a positive lifestyle change that will benefit your body, mind, and spirit. A great quote that sums up how I feel about fitness is from Jim Rohn, “Motivation is what gets you started. Habit is what keeps you going.”
