Philosophy on Exercise My outlook as a trainer can basically be summed up as loving people and loving exercise and mixing those two together as much as I can. I love helping people form a good, healthy relationship with exercise that will last for their whole life. I want to show people that they can actually enjoy training and that they have the ability to accomplish their goals to the fullest. Exercise has so much to offer, and it is ours to share. Personal Interest & Hobbies I really like thinking, and learning from friends, and I always like to try healthy, new things. I love strength training with friends. Competition always makes things better. Olympic lifting, Plyometrics, and ultimate Frisbee are awesome. I'm almost always looking for a chance to meet up with friends and play any kind of sports.
