GEAR RENTAL POLICIES

GENERAL POLICIES

  1. Renters assume full responsibility for the equipment and associated accessories.
  2. Renters will be financially responsible for any loss or damage to equipment.
  3. Equipment must be returned clean and dry. Wet or dirty gear will result in a cleaning fee.

LOST/DAMAGED GEAR FEES

  1. While our rates assume some wear and tear will occur during use, renters are responsible for the cost of repairing any damaged equipment or replacing lost items.
  2. The lost/damage fee will not exceed the purchase price of the item.
  3. Damage fees will appear as a separate charge from the rental.

LATE FEES

  1. Renters will be charged the daily rental rate for each day the equipment is past due.
  2. If equipment was reserved by another party and not available for their use, the renter will be charged the cost of the other party’s reservation.
