Dodgeball Tournament Team Registration

The deadline to register your team is 5:00pm on Wednesday, September 22, 2010.  The Dodgeball Tournament will be held on Thursday, September 23, 2010 at the Recreation & Fitness Center.

I understand that as Team Captain, I am responsible for communicating rules and policies to my team.  I will maintain communication with the Intramural Sports Office and act as a liaison between the Intramural Sports Office and the rest of my team.  I will inform my team of our schedule and ensure my team's cooperation with the Intramural Sports Staff.
