MASSAGE POLICIES

As a courtesy to other clients and therapists we adhere to these policies:

• Pay for your massage when you make your appointment in person or over the phone.

• If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment you must notify the membership office at least 1 day in advance to avoid being charged.  The membership office closes at 7pm, Monday-Friday.

• No refunds will be given for cancellations, no shows or rescheduled appointments made on the day of the original appointment.

• Late arrivals that cause a delayed start to your scheduled massage will reduce the length of your treatment.  Your massage will end on time so the next client is not inconvenienced.  The full price of your massage will be charged.
