
Group Fitness Class Descriptions
Boot Camp (Levels 2-3): A high intensity class combining cardio drills, plyometrics, agility, strength training and NO choreography! This athletic style training will take the brain work out of fitness and will whip you into shape! Core Blast (Levels 1-3): This class offers innovative exercises designed to strengthen the abdominal, oblique and lower back muscles. Is is an ideal addition to another class or can be taken alone. Define (Levels 1-3): Consists of total body sculpting for a WHOLE BODY experience! This class helps participants develop muscular strength and endurance using a variety of equipment and the body’s own resistance. Fusion (Levels 1-3): Just like the name, this class is a PERFECT FUSION of cardio, strength and flexibility training...all in one great class. Hip Hop Dance (Levels 1-3): This class focuses on body movement through music. Participants will learn different combinations of hip hop & urban dance styles choreographed to the hottest music. A great core and lower body workout! Come dance and get loose! Kick-Box Chaos (Levels 1-3): An INTENSE cardiovascular and strength workout. Participants will learn and execute various punches, kicks and drills for a full body, extreme workout! Pilates (Levels 1-3): The focus of this class is to isolate, activate and condition the body’s deep core muscles. This mat-based Pilates class improves flexibility, coordination, muscle control, posture and strength through physical and mental conditioning. Yoga (Levels 1-3): Connect with your body, mind and spirit in this FITNESS BASED yoga class. A relaxing and challenging workout all in one! This class is a combination of breathing, strength, flexibility, balance, relaxation & stress management techniques. Power Yoga (Levels 2-3): Take yoga to the next level. This class incorporates more advanced yoga sequences and postures that will challenge your strength, flexibility and balance. YogaLates (Levels 1-3): The ultimate fusion of Yoga and Pilates to create a strong, streamlined body. This class will leave you feeling taller, leaner and stress free - the best of both worlds! Zumba (Levels 1-3): A combination of high energy, motivating music, unique moves and combinations that allow participants to dance away their worries. Zumba is a “feel-happy” workout that is great for both the body and the mind! 3 Levels of Fitness Level 1: For those who are new to Group Fitness programs and/or exercise programs. Level 2: For those who are familiar with Group Fitness programs and/or have some experience with exercise programs.
