Lynn General Contractors, Inc. have previous experience
with Florida Atlantic University as well as other
construction ventures which include ten LA Fitness
Centers, St. Andrews Country Club and City of Boca
Raton Police & Fire Training Facility.

Borelli
+ Partners, Inc. sends a letter comparing the FAU
Recreation Center program plan to recently constructed
recreation centers at similarly sized state universities
in Florida.
The
comparison clearly shows that the current FAU facility
program plan is significantly smaller in square footage
specific to fitness spaces, aerobics studios and locker
rooms compared to Florida International University,
University of Central Florida and the University of West
Florida.
In addition,
all other institutions include a minimum of two gymnasium
courts which was currently not included in the FAU
facility program.
