Q: How far in advance should I schedule my challenge course program?

A: Please schedule programs at least two weeks from your program date. We suggest you schedule larger programs (20+) at least a month in advance.

Q:What should we know about parking?

A: Parking is available in LOT 12 by the softball field. Day passes are available for purchase online at fau.edu/parking. We offer one complimentary day pass for every four participants that you may obtain from the facilitators the day of your program. Please encourage your group to carpool.

Q:What if there is inclement weather during our challenge course program?

A: If inclement weather is expected in advance of your program, Campus Recreation may cancel the program. If Campus Recreation cancels due to weather, we will use reasonable efforts to provide an alternate date or provide a full refund if requested. In case of inclement weather the day of your event, facilitators will make a decision on how or if to continue. Programs will be facilitated rain or shine unless dangerous conditions present themselves, in the sole discretion of Campus Recreation. We do not offer refunds to groups that encounter inclement weather the day of their program.

Q: Where is the Challenge Course located on campus?

A: We are located on the Boca Raton Campus next to the Softball Complex.
