Fitness Assessment (60 minutes) includes:
  • Resting heart rate
  • Resting blood pressure
  • Current weight & height
  • Waist-to-hip ratio
  • Body composition or girth measurements
  • YMCA Cardiovascular sub max bike test
  • Muscular ability tests
  • Sit and Reach flexibility test
  • Print out of results and comparison to ACSM averages
  • Review of ACSM recommendations

Workout Consultation with Equipment Orientation (60 minutes) includes:

  • Discuss the FITT Principle and ACSM guidelines
  • Review goals, challenges, and preferences
  • Create a detailed workout plan
  • Complete a supervised equipment review, equipment set up, and one set of each exercise
