The FAU OWL Card Center, located in the University Center, serves as the central vending refund center on the Boca Raton Campus. Refunds may be obtained from 8 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday.

If a user is on another FAU campus or the location noted is inconvenient, please contact Business Services at 561-297-2041 to obtain a refund.

Vending coupons are given for monies lost in snack machines. Cash refunds are given for monies lost in beverage machines.
