I lost my OWL CARD... What do I do?
Step 1: Relax, most of the services associated with your OWL CARD can be replaced fairly easily, but it does take time.
- Off-line Debit funds (added at a cash-to-card machine) cannot be replaced.
- Unfortunately, there is a $15.00 fee for replacement cards.
- Once a card is replaced, all previous information is voided in FAU systems and the card is canceled.
- Cards cannot be reactivated once voided.
Step 2: Notify the offices that your OWL CARD is connected to about the loss (like you would for a credit card).

Step 3: Stop by an OWL CARD location and get a replacement card (a fee will apply).
