OWL Card Problems

Florida Atlantic University understands that from time to time issues may occur affecting your OWL Card. For that reason, there are a number of built in safeguards to assist you.

Lost your OWL Card?

Depending on how your OWL Card is used, offices will need to be notified about the loss.

  • ATM/Banking – Contact BB&T Banking at 561-361-2889
  • Meal Plan – Contact Office of Business Services at 561-297-2041 or bizservices@fau.edu
  • Library Card – Contact the FAU Library Circulation Desk at 561-297-6911
  • Housing – Contact your Building Administrator

Visit the OWL Card Center for a replacement card. There is a $15 fee for each replacement OWL Card. This fee may be applied to your student account, or paid by cash or check.

Your OWL Card has stopped working?

Visit the OWL Card Center and talk with a member of our staff. Because OWL Cards serve many different types of functions, you will need to make sure they are aware of which specific function is not working properly. Office of Business Services staff will be happy to work with you regarding any problem that may arise.
