Lost OWL CARDS

    Cost for all replacement cards is $15.00   

Report a lost or stolen card immediately.

If you have activated your OWL CARD to serve as any of the following, it is critical that you report it to those offices directly.

• Card Access for Dorms & Village Apartments
  Fill out the proper area on the replacement form in the OWL CARD Center. We will fax this information to the Housing Department.
• Card Access - Other Buildings
