The information you submit will be sent to the OWL CARD Center.  You will be contacted by phone or e-mail if we are unable to process your request. If you have received and OWL CARD in the past, you will not be able to receive another from this site. If you request a Distance Learner ID and visit one of our campuses to have your photo added to your card, there will be a $15.00 fee for the card.
