Dining Services
Florida Atlantic University is proud to partner with Chartwells, a division of Compass Group, for all of our campus dining experiences and locations. Since 1997, FAU and Chartwells under the banner of FAU Dining Services have worked together to create a varied, healthy, ecologically sustainable, and on trend dining experience for each student, faculty, staff member, university guest and event patron. In August 2009, Chartwells at FAU was named the 13th Compass Group Center for Excellence in the United States. CFE locations serve as pinnacles of excellence by providing best practices, innovative new programs, superior service and great food. Visit our award winning locations on the Boca Raton campus along the Breezeway, inside the Student Union, at Innovation Village, at Glades Park Towers, the College of Business, and College of Engineering (east), and the MacArthur Campus Dining Hall.
Residential and Retail Dining
On both the Boca Raton and MacArthur campuses, FAU Dining provides resident meal-plan programs, which include access to our full-service dining halls with all-you-care-to-eat buffets. Meal plans are also available to faculty, staff, and commuter students.
On the Boca Raton campus, a multitude of retail locations exist to satisfy your varied tastes. Often referred to as the coffee campus, Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts, Einstein's Bros. Bagels and an Outtakes convenience store serving Seattle’s Best coffee all exist within a five-minute radius throughout the Breezeway. We have also partnered with such national and regional brands as Wendy's, Quizno's, Papa John's, and Chick-n-Grill to create a dining experience in the Food Court that reflects what our students enjoy eating off campus. The perfect smoothie to start each day can be found at JuiceBlendz. More diverse menu options can also be found at our Mexican brand Salsarita's as well as at our Asian concept Jow Jing. Campus life and live entertainment complete the dining experience at our campus sports grill Coyote Jack’s.
Four Outtakes convenience stores are strategically located throughout the Boca Raton campus to serve quick cuisine. This state-of-the-art convenience market offers a full line of grab-&-go gourmet sandwiches, soups, salads, hot and cold beverages, groceries, sundries and baked goods.

Faculty and Staff Club
Business Services is proud to announce the opening of the University Faculty and Staff Club. This upscale dining facility is located in the College of Engineering and Computer Science (east) building on the Boca Campus and is open to University Faculty, Staff, Alumni, and Guests for lunch each weekday. This elegant and modern space is also available for your special event. Additional club information and daily menus are available from the Club's website.

When planning your next special event, meeting, or conference on campus, FAU Catering Services is only a phone call away. FAU Catering provides an on-site catering director to assist with all culinary details for your event. Stadium Operations
The most recent addition to our campus dining program is FAU Concessions and Suites. This new Chartwells department will serve all athletic venues, with special focus on the new FAU Football Stadium.
