Dr. Jeffrey Feingold

Jeffrey P. Feingold, DDS, MSD, of Delray Beach, is the founder, President, and Chief Executive Officer of MCNA Dental Plans, the largest privately held managed dental care insurance company in the country. Based out of corporate offices in Fort Lauderdale, FL, and a regional office in San Antonio, TX, MCNA provides comprehensive administration of dental benefits for Medicaid and CHIP programs across the country. MCNA also has extensive experience providing adult benefits to Medicaid, Medicare, Long Term Care, Nursing Home Diversion, and Dual Eligible enrollees through contracts with medical health plans.
Dr. Feingold is also the founder, President, and Chief Executive Officer of The Dentaland Organization. Since his first practice opened in 1979, the organization has grown to include multiple comprehensive dental healthcare facilities throughout Florida offering specialty care with a general dental component.
Dr. Feingold is the current Florida Chair of the Republican Jewish Coalition. He is also the Chairman of the Jewish Leadership Council of the Republican Party of Florida. In 2014, Dr. Feingold accepted an appointment to serve as a board member on the Health Science Center Development Board at the University of Texas (UT) at San Antonio. His service there will help to ensure the continuing development of the UT Health Science Center into a state-of-the-art educational and research facility. UT has further honored Dr. Feingold for his contributions by naming the entry to the new Health Science Center facility the “Dr. Jeffrey P. Feingold Atrium.”
Dr. Feingold received his DDS degree from the New York University (NYU) College of Dentistry in 1971, immediately after which he completed a prestigious residency at the Eastman Institute for Oral Health. Dr. Feingold received his MSD (Periodontology) degree and his certificate in Periodontology from the Fairleigh Dickinson University Dental School. He went on to receive the distinct honor of being named a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology. His work in the field of dentistry research has been published in the Journal of Periodontology.
Dr. Feingold has previously served on the NYU College of Dentistry Dean’s Advisory Board, the NYU Stern School of Business Steering Committee, and was a board and executive board member of the Tulane Associates Board. Dr. Feingold is a member of the American Dental Association, Florida Dental Association, American Academy of Periodontology, and other professional organizations.
