Visiting Assistant Professor of Classics, Konstantinos P. Nikoloutsos, is the recipient of the 2007 Paul Rehak Prize, a national award givenby the Lambda Classical Caucus at the 2008 Annual Meeting of the American Philological Association in Chicago. The Rehak award honors the excellence of an article published in the last three years that isrelated to the LCC's mission. The title of Dr. Nikoloutsos' article is: "Beyond Sex: The Poetics and Politics of Pederasty in Tibullus 1.4," Phoenix (2007) 61.1-2: 55-82.
