Dinner and Discussion: Indignities Around the World

The Advisory Board for FAU’s Center for Women, Gender and Sexuality Studies will host Dinner and Discussion: Indignities Around the World on Thursday, May 4, from 6:15 to 9 p.m. The event will be held in Theatre Lab in Parliament Hall on FAU’s Boca Raton campus at 777 Glades Road. Tickets are $75 and all proceeds will go to scholarships in FAU’s Center for Women, Gender and Sexuality Studies. To register, call 561-297-3865 or email wsc@fau.edu.

The event will feature a keynote address by Margarette May Macaulay, Commissioner of the Inter-American Commission of Human Rights and former Judge of the Inter-American Court of Human Rights . Other panelists include former State Senator and Broward County Commissioner Nan Rich and Board President or the U.S. National Committee for UN Women, Lalita Janke.
