Maddy Mesa

Maddy Mesa graduated from Florida Atlantic University in August 2014. After graduation, she was offered the position as the Wellington Reporter for Sun Sentinel. Maddy writes three to four stories a week for the community paper, Live Wellington. As of now, Maddy is enjoying her new job and the wonderful opportunities it has given her. She hopes to stay with Sun Sentinel for as long as possible. She has the FAU English Department to thank for setting up her internship with the Sun Sentinel and Forum Publishing Group, which led to her amazing job today. Maddy loved being an English major because it introduced her to different forms of writing and inspired her to try new things.
