The Patricia M. Courtenay Doctoral Fellowship - Spring 2023

The Comparative Studies Program, with the financial support of The Patricia M. Courtenay Doctoral Fellowship Endowment, is offering a conference registration grant for the 2022 – 2023 academic year. This award will be made to an outstanding PhD student to support his or her registration to present a paper at a professional conference. The award must be used during the academic year, August 2022 to July 1, 2023.

Eligibility Criteria

By the date of application, the applicant must be a full time student with a minimum of 3.7 GPA

  • Abstract of paper to be presented
  • Acceptance letter from conference organizers
  • Letter of support from professor or advisor
  • Unofficial transcripts

 

Notification and Terms of the Award

Awardee will be selected by the PhD Executive Committee and applicants will be notified by the end of the term.
