In addition to providing services for the systems listed on the left, AFTSS provides technical assistance with Bank of America for all processes, including ACH, Positive Pay, reconciliation, pCard, and Web Check. AFTSS also assists in the preparation of the 1098 and 1099 tax documents and the production of adhoc reports for the Division of Financial Affairs and the University community.

Training is also provided for all of the Touchnet software products, Banner Finance, Banner Accounts Receivable, Banner EPAF, ePrint, and PeopleAdmin Software.
