How do I change my Banner password?
Once active, your Banner password will expire every 90 days. If you are having difficulty accessing Banner you could be experiencing a "Banner password about to expire" condition. Additional Information - Changing Your Password and Expiration Notification.

How do I change my password?

What is Banner Student?
Banner Student replaced the OASIS Plus version of the Student Information System in 2007. AFTSS is involved in the Billing/Receivables/Cashiering portion.

Is Web Finance the same as Banner Owls?
Yes - you access the system by going to https://banner.fau.edu/ and from there you can go specifically to the Financial Information area.

What is Marketplace?
Marketplace is a new system which can be used by University Departments to sell products online with a credit card payment.
What about payment for services or a conference fee?
It can also be used for conference fees or any fee-based services.

You can pay your telephone bill for personal phone calls using this link http://aftss.fau.edu/telephone. Payment may be made using a credit card or web check.
