All Office of Undergraduate Admissions scholarships are limited, competitive, and are awarded annually on a rolling basis early in the scholarship cycle. Meeting minimum requirements does not guarantee a scholarship. Many of our awards require continuous enrollment (excluding summers), full-time status (12 credits or more at FAU), and are paid out for fall and spring terms only. Only scholarships that require a supplemental application will be listed below. All other Office of Admissions freshman scholarships are competitive and do not require the completion of this application, as eligibility is determined at the time of admission. Scholarships offered through the Office of Undergraduate Admissions are not stackable and may not be used for enrollment at The Harriet L. Wilkes Honors College.
Note: The Scholarship Committee strongly recommends completion of the essay portion of all scholarship applications. The essay is often a significant factor in the selection of scholarship recipients.
