PTK Points 

 * A minimum of 10 points must be earned during each semester for scholarship recipients.

• Becoming an Executive Board Member
• Chairing an Event, i.e. (Toy drive, Fellowship)

• Attending International Convention, Regional or Leadership Conference

• Attend a weekend retreat with FAU Leadership Committee
• Getting Inducted (mandatory for new members)
• Attending open house
• "Paint your heart out" 3 points for 3 hours

• Helping with an event (fundraising, induction, transfer social)
• Helping E-board with tasks (posting flyers, making phone calls)

• Attending an E-board or General meeting
• Attending FAU event (with PTK T-shirts and proof of attendance is needed)
• Per community volunteer Hour - max of 5 points (see volunteer office on campus or the office for Student with Disabilities in the library for ideas)
• Attending Induction (existing members)
• Per community college mentoring – max of 5 points
• Fellowship/Service
• Printer Cartridges 1 point for 3

We will be implementing a new points recording system starting the Fall Semester, in which members will be required to sign a “Sign in Sheet” at each event held. If you have any questions about something that is not listed here, please ask your advisor or any E-board member.
