Troubleshooting

I've hooked up my webcam, but its not working. What gives?

  • First, Make sure you have the most recent version of flash installed on your computer and that you have setup flash properly (see our tutorial section for more details).
  • In order for the OCM to use your webcam, it must be installed correctly. To ensure proper installation, remove the webcam from the computer and install the drivers (obtainable from the manufacturer's website or the CD that accompanied your webcam). Plug your webcam back into your computer and restart your web browser. If your webcam is operating properly, you should now be able to test it as demonstrated in the tutorial section.
    • The session crashed or the window was closed and now I can't get back into the session. What do I do now?

      • Close all web browser windows. Re-open your web browser and log back into the session as you normally would. You should be able to re-join the session now. If you still are experiencing trouble, please contact us at 561-297-3498.
