The National Day on Writing is an opportunity for people nationwide to celebrate writing: to reflect on writing as an integral part of our daily lives, to give increased attention to the words we use to express ourselves, and to acknowledge new technologies that ease communication. . . . Please join us this day for a celebration of writing: games, writing contests, food drives, and evening ceremonies. Take a day to see the glory of writing!
